As we have seen the COVID-19 Positive cases rise dramatically in our trade area, we must do things differently to slow the spread of COVID-19 throughout our system. Per Governor Burgum’s Executive Order, face coverings must be worn in all Legacy Cooperative locations. Please do your part and mask up so that we may continue to serve you as well as following the guidelines below.
Per CDC Guidelines, Legacy Cooperative is limiting physical interactions where possible. Essential business should be conducted by phone, text or email whenever possible. Checks, contracts, and any other essential paperwork will be mailed out daily.
Retail/Convenience store operations will continue to serve you and will remain open for now. Coffee gathering areas at all other Legacy Cooperative facilities are closed, i.e. Elevators, Agronomy & Service Stations. We will continue to receive grain at our elevators as well as keeping agronomy and energy locations open for now.
These precautions are being implemented to keep our employees and customers as safe as possible during this challenging time.
We will continue to monitor this situation and will adjust as needed.
The CME Group rolled out the much talked about pork cutout futures contracts on Nov. 9. Although interest has been growing, activity and trade volume in the market has remained sluggish during the first month of trade.
